MAIN STAGE SHOWS
The Academy Theatre’s mission is to produce work that induces empathy and compassion in all connected to the show.
Each season the Academy Theatre produces between 7 to 10 mainstage productions. The Academy Theatre’s season is distinguished from other theatre companies through our partnerships with our mainstage resident companies. Current resident companies include Aris Theatre, Atlanta Dramatists, Atlanta Radio Theatre Company, Giwayen Mata, Impact Theatre Atlanta, and Lynna Schmidt Productions. Through these partnerships, we are able to reach many new patrons, and serve artists from across the metro Atlanta area—many of whom call the Academy their artistic home.
