1:30 – 2:15 PM – Giwayen Mata

The dynamic, soul stirring, all Sistah, dance percussion, and vocal ensemble. Grounded by movements, rhythms, and songs of the African Diaspora, Giwayen Mata performs work that reflects, celebrates, and unlocks the hidden treasure of Black womanhood.

 


 

EVENT 2

2:30 – 3:15 PM – Dré Antoine Trio

The Dré Antoine Trio plays jazzy R&B to the delight of dancers and listeners alike.

3:30 – 4:15 PM – O’Neil Delapenha presents Moonlight on Broken Concrete.

Moonlight on Broken Concrete reimagines Romeo & Juliet from the Black perspective with three (3) actors.
